The earphones that came with my iPod are cracked now, after getting sit on by two of my classmates. Quite angry. The earphones are still functional except that it hurts if the sharp edge cuts the inside of my ear. I think I better change a new earphone unless I want my own ear to cut. Searching around internet to look for good earphones now.

Now for PE we're having softball, a very fun game, almost like baseball, except the ball is larger. So for today we only did the fundamentals, but then personally I like fielding, which mean catching the ball a lot. The feel of catching the ball in your glove is damn cool, and there's a different way for fielding the ball. You catch it in between your index finger and thumb.

For all basketball fans, I'm sure that it is a long time that we are all waiting for. The 2008 Beijing Olympics Basketball Senior Men Finals, featuring defending world champions Spain and the USA, gold medal favourites. I can say that it was certainly a hard fought match, with USA never able to fully lead Spain, and Spain trying to win and come back from whatever USA was throwing them. USA got into foul trouble early, and it was indeed a troubling sign. There were a few moments when it seemed Spain would finally take the lead, but it never came.
First half it was all Dwyane Wade when Kobe and LeBron were in foul trouble early. Second half, when the team needed him the most, Kobe Bryant stepped out with a couple of big shots a four-point play to lead the USA back on top again.
Overall it was an excellent match, and I think all of you should go watch it.

Wow, it has been all rain today and yesterday. The rain probably started the night before, where I woke up on Saturday morning to find the ground wet. Saturday morning is my basketball hours, where we will get together to play basketball for some time because we are ever so busy with our work and being in different schools as them, hard to meet each other unless it is some special occasion like National Day or Teacher's Day.
So I woke up, washed my face and in my surprise, the ground was wet because it hasn't rained for quite some time, and I didn't expect the rain to come at this time. However, I prayed very hard that it wouldn't rain again, which it did. I went into the toilet and after coming out, saw that the sky was darker than before. I hurriedly took my blueberry waffle, some money and rushed down to the basketball court. Unfortunately, I reached no further than Block 443 when it started raining real heavily. I went back to my house, somewhat dejected, to see that Ngee Kiat and JK have messaged me to ask me about whether basketball was still on.
I replied saying that it will be postponed to around the time when the rain has stopped and the ground will not be as wet. I went on to notify the rest of this arrangement, and started eating my waffle. I continued to read the newspaper, which I have not done for quite some time. Being very tired after reading the newspaper and having not slept well for a week, I rested my head against the sofa and listened to some songs on my handphone.
Time pass and it is 9am, time for me to go down and play basketball after the rain has stopped. I was glad that KK has come down, and there were actually quite some people. Match yesterday was very tiring for me because I was playing international defense playing style. So my offense wasn't good for the first few match, until the last match where I can finally convert my lay up into something special. Played till like 11 plus, and I rested till 12 plus and I went home.
Showered, ate my lunch and I slept for sometime. It was raining whole day long, and I asked Wei Hao if swimming was still on. Not surprisingly, it still is, and so I met Wei Hao at his block at 6.45pm. His sister came down and asked him if he wanted a ride from his father. We both rejected, and we were soon on our way to Hougang Swimming Complex. I bet that day was one of the worst business of Hougang Swimming Complex. The whole pool had almost no one in it, and only my swimming class and another class was present. The water was very very cold, and if not for Wei Hao splashing water at me I wouldn't have gone down in such a short time. We proceeded on to our lesson, and coach wanted to teach me freestyle kicking. He praised me for learning very fast, and wants me to catch up with the rest.
Freestyle is very tiring but very fast in comparison with breaststroke. Got a stomachache in between and had to ask to go to the toilet. Went back to the pool and we went to the deep pool. The coach continued teaching me treading water, which I can only do for 20 seconds because I was just learning it. After a while it was the end of lesson, and Wei Hao and I walked home. I had forgotten to bring some money, so I can only watch Wei Hao drink his Kiwi Ice blended.
